UMH Properties, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT) with a vast experience in developing, managing, and expanding manufactured housing communities. Of course, it's possible to get carried away. Since these are affordable homes, you may have a little extra money to spend on furniture. Resist the urge to splurge!
