“On the weekend of 7/23/26 I came home and realized my fridge wasn’t as cold as it should be. I called the maintenance phone number and Tyler gave me some suggestions to try. The next day it seemed to be the same, so I called him back and it wasn’t too long, the manager called and said we can get you some ice to keep things cold and get you a new fridge delivered Monday. No one was going to be able to be home on Monday to meet the delivery person or switch out the food. I was so stressed and in near tears. Courtney said no problem if it is ok with you we will take care of it! Great! They took care of it all and when I got home Monday night I had a new fridge and my food was fine!
