If you do not wish to receive these communications from us, please unsubscribe by using our automated system within the Subscribe section of the Websites.
Some of our online content, such as advertisements, may be provided by third parties that may collect Automatic Data regarding your online activity. Information collected by third parties is subject to their own privacy policies and UMH is not responsible for their privacy policies, practices or content.

How We Use and Share Your Information
UMH uses the information you have provided to it in an online form to respond to your request for information about UMH or comments you may have about its Websites, for its management or Board of Directors, its governance practices or other services provided by UMH. If you so request, you may be added to our email distribution list. UMH does not provide personal information to third parties for their sale or use. UMH will, however, disclose personal information to comply with valid legal processes such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order, or to protect its rights and property or the property or personal safety of another user of the Websites or any member of the public.
Changing or Deleting Your Email Address and Other Information
All information that you provide to UMH is collected and stored automatically at the time that you provide your information. Currently, UMH does not offer anyone, including you, the ability to edit your information. If you would like to edit your information, please remove your information from UMH’s Subscribe list and resubmit your information in the Subscribe section or other online forms on the Websites. If you would like to delete your email address from our Website, please unsubscribe from the Subscribe section of the Websites using our automated system. From time to time, UMH may also request a verification of your email address in order to update its Subscribe lists that are maintained. UMH may delete email addresses from its Subscribe list when email addresses cannot be verified. An email address that cannot be verified will be removed from the Subscribe list. If you believe that you have been mistakenly removed from the Subscribe list, please contact us.
Removal of Your Information From Our Website
UMH will attempt to honor your written request to delete personal information about you from its system. You should be aware, however, that it is not technologically possible to remove each and every record of the information you may have provided to UMH from its servers. The need to back up our systems to protect information from inadvertent loss means that a copy of your information may exist in a non erasable form that will be difficult or impossible for UMH to locate.
