I would recommend UMH to a friend, because it has been such blissful experience in being integrated to such a great community. Management is diligent and very attentive in wanting to provide a secure and peaceful stay. My experience has been fantastic upon moving in. Looking forward to any improvements going forward.

This is a great place to live and I had a great move in experience.

After many attempts in searching for a rental property, Caitlin at Deer Run made me feel at home the moment I walked into their office! I have lived here for 6 months now with no complaints. The manufactured homes are beautiful and the community continues to progress daily! This is definitely one of Dothan's finest rental properties.

Have lived at Deer Run for almost 3 years. It has changed a lot in the 3 years we’ve lived here and the progress is great. Looking forward to seeing it completed with everything it has to offer. Great communication with the office and staff. Love that it’s close to restaurants, grocery stores and lots of fun activities.

Nice place to live. Everything is pretty quiet. The staff at the office, the maintenance man, and the neighbors are all really friendly. Its close to most shopping needs like Target, Walmart, Best buy, Academy, and Kohls as well as several different fast food/restaurants in the area.

Deer Run really cares about you. The communication from management is excellent. My home was spotless when I moved in. The property is in the process working to improve Deer Run. The units are either new or 1-3 years old. They are doing to work to install pipes for drainage of rain to avoid flooding. We will be getting the roads paved. Future plans to add pickle ball court, a second playground plus other other things. They also called me a couple of weeks after moving they called to see how I was doing. My experience has been great. I would recommend Deer Run for you to live. Come yourself to see!
