I moved to Camelot Village in 2008 and it has been one of the best decisions of my life. The management team is very friendly and is always willing to listen to my concerns. This is a clean, quiet, neighborhood where neighbors keep their yards and homes looking nice. The way the park was set up has a real neighborhood feel to it. It doesnt fit the stereotypes of a mobile home park. Thanks to corporate and local management, we have a wonderful place to live.

We have been residents of Camelot since 2001. There are many things we enjoy about living in Camelot. Homeowners take care of their homes and lawns. The streets are well lit at nights and traffic stays within posted speed limits of 15 mph. It is a friendly community and safe for walks and bike riding. We have very good relationships with local police good participation in our crime watch meetings which allows us to stay informed on activities in our area. WE host speakers on a veriety of subjects to educate and entertain attendees. Under UMH management, we have seen quite a few changes. Lots are being developed in anticipation of demand due to developing business in our area. Residents must pass a strict vetting process to make sure our community maintains it's quality. We have especially enjoyed the management team! Justine, Cathy, and Teddy are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and prompt in responding to concerns and questions.
