Ray Hatfield – Catalina

I just want to say my wife and I love it here at Catalina. We have been living here a year in November 2024. We have had absolutely no issues or problems with anything or anyone, management, tennant or otherwise. Our home is a brand new beautiful mobile home with a very nice concrete patio area which I love. I love the trees I have probably the nicest lot. I also appreciate being able to have brought my dog along. The shed is brand new and very adequate. Everyone in the office is always nice, friendly and helpful especially Michelle on the rare occasion that I have had to talk to her. I would and have very highly recommended living here to a couple of my friends and coworkers. We are extremely happy to be here
