Nicholas Bongalis III – Valley Hills

I would recommend the community we live in primarily because of the manager Meredith. She is amazing and answers all questions no matter what time of the day. She’s super personable, and respectful. I also love this community in general because of the upkeep. It doesn’t have the feel of the old school “trailer park”. I feels like a community you can raise your kids in. The homes are clean, as well as the yards. You can tell that UMH prides itself on presentation, and follows through.
