Southwind is a beautiful community that sticks together. I love raising my son here, but the best story I have is of my cat Zeppy. He got out, and I looked day and night for two weeks in bad storms. More time passed and I had lost all hope of bringing our Zeppy home by Christmas. I cried putting up our tree and the most amazing thing happened: my phone started ringing Zeppy was spotted and a whole community of people that did not even know my name came together. They spread my number around, put food out, even safe traps! One week before Xmas we got our Zeppy back. If it was not for the amazing people in our community coming together to help I don't think we would have ever gotten Zeppy back. Southwind is an amazing place to live, and raise a family but the best part is the family of friends and neighbors that you find when you move in.

They turned this park around and have never stopped improving it. They don't hesitate to help when they can, address issues, resolve problems and are competent and compassionate with their residents! Norma always amazed me how she takes time to know every family. And her Team is always working to improve the park and keep it clean. This community will forever hold a piece of my heart. We are proud to live in Highland Estates and pray the Wolfe's never retire!

We have been residents of Camelot since 2001. There are many things we enjoy about living in Camelot. Homeowners take care of their homes and lawns. The streets are well lit at nights and traffic stays within posted speed limits of 15 mph. It is a friendly community and safe for walks and bike riding. We have very good relationships with local police good participation in our crime watch meetings which allows us to stay informed on activities in our area. WE host speakers on a veriety of subjects to educate and entertain attendees. Under UMH management, we have seen quite a few changes. Lots are being developed in anticipation of demand due to developing business in our area. Residents must pass a strict vetting process to make sure our community maintains it's quality. We have especially enjoyed the management team! Justine, Cathy, and Teddy are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and prompt in responding to concerns and questions.

It's been almost two years since I've moved to Chambersburg 1 and the staff has been nothing but consummate professionals and ensuring that the residents at this park have every housing need met as soon as possible and without delay.
Life here has been equally pleasant, as its centrally located between Shippensburg and downtown to which either place I run errands and work, and this locale has been very quiet and peaceful aside from the occasional semi's that you may hear passing by on route 11. The neighbors are very friendly and engaging and there is a sincere sense of community here. Special mention to Mr. Lincoln Hogg who is this park's most recent property manager.
Since day one he has been very engaging, courteous, and professional attending to many of the property needs at this site.
End closing, I would recommend any of the properties managed by UMH, I find them to be well kept, quiet, clean and reasonably priced given today's housing costs. Its just a great place to live.

I moved to the Moosic Heights community almost three years ago to be closer to my brother who also resides here so he can help with caring for our elderly Mother. I’m so happy with the way it all worked out because I truly enjoy living here. The community is friendly, quiet and clean. The Property Manager Jackie Borthwick makes sure the grounds are kept up and always shows she cares and is compassionate. The Maintenance team Jon and Art are prompt and friendly. It’s also very convenient that we are located near stores and major roads. I would recommend living in the Moosic Heights community to anyone. I’m very happy here and grateful for Jackie, Art and Jon that make it such a wonderful place to live!

Highland Estates is a safe and quiet neighborhood. I love renting here because you cannot beat the price and amount of space anywhere else. My husband and I have loved in Redbud for nearly 25 years. The Redbud community always looks nice and gives you plenty of time to take care of your lawn.
