I have already recommend UMH to a friend. Keep hiring people like the current manager. I lived here at Forest Park in the past and have experienced 2 previous managers who were awful. This manager is so awesome! She makes a person feel heard, she truly cares about a residents experience here. I can't say enough good things about her. If she wasn't here, I don't know that I would want to be, because I remember how the others never cared. I don't want to experience that ever again. Customer service is rare, I know because I was once a consultant. This manager is absolutely excellent and makes a difference in the experience of a residence choice in being here. She's also the first manager I have ever seen actually work. She's always going above and beyond to make this place beautiful. The others never did that. We Love it here!!!
