I love my home. And I have great neighbors on each side & across from me. Mindy has been great , helping me set-up for the online lot rent & explaining things to me. My first weekend here, I had a sewer issue & the maintenance guys took care of it immediately !!!

Jeremy the property manager was very nice and made buying a unit at Melrose Village very easy. He was also on time and went the extra mile to get things done in a timely manner.

I really love being a part of the melrose community!! Management was great helping me purchase my retirement home. The park is clean, quiet and well kept. Maintenance is always available. Everyone seems to have pride in their homes and look out for each other. But the best part...walking down to the pond in the evenings.

We just moved in September 1st and we can not say enough positive things about everyone! Mindy is an amazing help and any subject and always has an amazing attitude!! Jeremy was the greatest help throughout the financial process. His inside knowledge provided assistance beyond anything we could expect!! Only one month in but have total happiness to report!
