I moved into the Moosic Heights community on 11/17/2018. From the very first day, I knew that I found my forever home. I love this community and my neighbors are as much family as my own. Jackie, the property manager, has been fabulous throughout the moving process and to date. Jon and Arthur, the maintenance engineers, are extremely helpful and always answer any questions I may have. I would certainly recommend anyone who may be thinking of moving to come see Moosic Heights!

I have been living in the Moosic Heights community for over 18 years. the manager, Jackie, is a very kind-hearted young lady. When my dear wife passed, she was very supportive during that difficult time for me. Now, I can't imagine living anywhere else.

My unit was brand new when I moved in four years ago. Our community is well maintained & maintenance responds quickly should an emergency arise. The location is great. We are close to all major roads and shopping centers. Neighbors are courteous and care about our community. Jaclyn Borthwick is a great manager. She makes our community one that you want to reside and stay in.

I really do love living here. I have been in Moosic Heights for about 7 yrs, we have 2 young girls who love to ride their bikes. I don't have to worry about busy street, I feel so safe here, and that is so important now a days in this crazy world we live in. It really is a nice place to raise a family.

I have lived in Moosic Heights for over twenty years. I feel very safe here. The grounds are improving each year. The management has taken all of the old homes out and replacesd with new ones. The playground has improved for the children of the community. It gives them a safe place to play. It is a great place to raise a family. Everyone here is very friendly. The manager helps whenever you run into a problem. The maintenance here work very hard to keep the grounds clean and maintained. I enjoy living here each day.

Moosic Heights is truly a great place to call home. From the wonderful neighbors, to the well-kept property overall, Moosic Heights is a pure gem. I feel that beautifying your space is a great way to de-stress and achieve a feeling of accomplishment. Not only do I maintain my space for myself to enjoy while sitting on the deck with my morning coffee or working in the garden, I also get satisfaction from the comments and admiration from neighbors. I am honored to be the August Yard of the Month winner and will continue to ensure my yard is always looking the best that it can!

Management is always ready to help and support

This is a very nice community. Clean and quiet. We have been here 4 years. We enjoy gardening and landscaping on this decent size lot. There is a very nice park and basketball court. We feel very safe and everyone waves as you drive by. Most of the neighbors are easy to live with. Management is quick at helping with anything we need and easy to work with. I like the location just off of I-81 between Scranton and Wilkes Barre. Everything is easy to get to.

We have lived here for a couple years. The community is great . Everyone is nice, the workers are great. The park is great for the kids. All in all it's a great community to live in.

We moved in a couple weeks ago and so far our experience has been very nice. Our neighbors are pretty quiet and we are very excited for spring time so we can start a garden.
