MHI’S Homes On The Hill- Ritz Craft

UMH purchased three homes for MHI’s Homes on the Hill in Washington DC on September 9th and 10th 2025. These homes were featured at the mall in Washington DC between the capitol building and Washington monument. Shaun Derck at Ritz Craft gives an excellent tour of the Gerry Model home. This home was purchased for UMH’s community Cinnamon Woods located in Conowingo, Maryland. All three of our purchased homes on display were transported to communities in Maryland, New York, and Pennsylvania after the event. Our Ritz Craft home was brought to Cinnamon Woods in Conowingo, Maryland.This home featured GAF solar shingles that attached to an Anker home battery. This is a new innovation for manufactured housing that UMH properties and GAF are proud to showcase. Our Cavco home was brought to Rolling Hills in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Our Champion home was brought to Woodland Manor in West Monroe, New York.This important annual event shows our product as one of the many tools to solve the housing crisis.
