The office staff at Worthington Arms are exceptional. They have always went above and beyond to make sure the residence are taken very well care of and to answer all their questions. They also project themselves in a very professional manner which represents UMH Properties very favorably. I have never seen them treat anyone with disrespect and they have always been respectful to everyone they have ever come in contact with. They are constantly driving the park checking for improvements and they always get out and talk to residences all the time when I see them out working.
