Our community is filled with a lot of love. Neighbors helping Neighbors very quite and peaceful. My children love to spend time with each other playing basketball.

We have just recently moved out here and we couldn't be happier! Our neighbors are very sweet and so nice. The kids are so awesome for my 8 year old son to play with. Such a great decision we made!

So far the community is nice, quiet, and has a good vibe. The office staff is super nice and easy to work with and the maintenance guys are busy working hard but always helpful if I ask a question.

The UMH managers have been super helpful during the entire process. Our place of residence is generally kept clean. Also, the staff members have been reliable when it comes to fixing things in our new home.

We have lived here for 4.5 years, the maintenance guys are great, the managers are super friendly. If we have an issue they are quick to get it fixed. The neighborhood has improved a lot with the new management as well! I love the community we have!

The management here is wonderful! Every issue I have reported, management gets to it within a week or 2. They even make sure to call back for confirmation and updates on the problem after a week since the report was made. Every time I need to talk to them there never is a hassle and it’s a good experience every time. Keep up the awesome work you guys!

Management is very caring, staff is always professional, any issues are delt with with an urgency. Communication regarding community updates are constantly given. The community always looks nice and kept in order.

Amy and Ann are always very easy to work with, matience is readily available and handles issues within reasonable timeframe. Clean neighborhood with kind people.

After being there over a year I would give them 10 stars of I could! Ann is the sweetest lady ever and Amy definitely knows what she's doing. I've never had a problem and if I ever have any questions they are on it. I love the park and the people. Amy and Ann are amazing. The park is quiet and clean.

Just moved into a new unit and am very impressed with everything. Shower doors needed adjustments to stop a small leak. I let the office know and they had maintenance out very quickly. He was friendly and was done in a very short time.

They have been very helpful in our move in. They fixed the doors and all issues we had after getting moved in. So far a great community to live in.

Both Amy & Anne in the office have always been helpful & friendly. Their attention to the community it top notch. I really appreciate them & the maintenance crew. I've lived here since 2019 & feel very safe here a single older woman. The only concern I have is the rent increases every year since I've lived here.
