It's a very quiet, gorgeous neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is very helpful and understanding. Our neighborhood is dog and child friendly and I feel very safe going for walks with ours anytime day or night

Parke Place Estates is a great community for families. My daughter and I enjoy spending time outside. Our community has lots to offer whether it be playing at the park, swimming in the pool, or just taking a walk around the community. We love it here!

My family and I love living here because we feel safe, it’s very welcoming and friendly the community is clean and up kept. I feel as though I can safely allow my children to play in my yard with no worries, and if I ever did have any issue Jackie in the office is very quick at answering all questions and concerns professionally.

We had so much help from Jackie when we moved in. Answered all my questions. Its very quiet and the homes are beautiful. Maintenence is also very helpful. Love living here. My oldest just loves it here as well.

We love the new playground at Parke Place Estates! The park feels safe because its in the middle of a big open area. Theres plenty of space for little kids to explore, from the basketball court to the little river that runs across the neighborhood. A perfect place to watch the sunset. Very pleased with how the Parke Place team keeps the neighborhood clean!

They are always updating the Park and roads! I have been here for 20 years an enjoy the quiet area.

I lived here 15 years and I was always happy and it was always a good community always clean everyone in the office was amazing. I loved my neighbors and the whole community! Thank you for these great 15 years ❤️
