I have lived in Redbud Estates for 32 years. I have found this to be a pleasant, safe community. The staff has always been very friendly and willing to help with questions or problems that might appear.

I have not lived in Redbud estates for long, but I can say this is a very relaxing community. All of my neighbors are nice. This is a place where I can sit out on the porch and enjoy the surroundings. The people that are in the administration are nice and polite and make you feel right at home. I really enjoy it here! I would recommend living here to anyone looking for peace and quiet.

This October will mark the 40th anniversary of my living in Redbud Estates. The diversity of residents is one of the pluses. Seeing seniors out for a stroll and teens walking home from school along with families out together sometimes with little ones riding in a wagon is very uplifting. Redbud has a very solid history and is a safe and affordable community.

Redbud is a wonderful, clean, quiet community. The residents are friendly, the streets are fantastic - come see for yourself! I am glad I moved here! The office staff is cheerful and informative and Roger was extremely helpful during the purchasing process. He was always available to answer any and everything I needed to know.

I have really enjoyed my experiance buying my first home with Redbud. They made the process feel like a breeze. Being my first time buying a home I was worried I would not know what to do, but the employees here walked me through the whole process.

I have lived here since May 2002 and am so glad to see the improvements. I plan on spending the rest of my life here. The employees are very nice.

We are so glad to see all of the great things going on at Redbud. I am so glad to see all of the new homes and removal of old ones. I have had friends of ours telling us how much better the community looks since UMH began managing. The new driveways are so much a part of the new look of the community.

I moved to Redbud in 2007 after a divorce. I was able to purchase a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a family room, fireplace, and carport for a very reasonable price. Teddy helped me find the perfect place. I have a great view. I find Redbud to be very peaceful. It is located close to the interstate and I can be in Indianapolis in less than a half hour. I like Redbud so much, I encouraged my sister, a friend from school, and my ex-wife to move here. They all moved to Redbud and have been residents here for a number of years. It is a great place to live.

The streets are always cleared in a timely manner in the winter and we have no complaints about anything! The Redbud community has treated us fairly and we have enjoyed living here!

My husband and I moved into Redbud Estates over 20 years ago. We love living in the community, nd my husband got sick and passed away. I was really worried about living by myself, until UMH took over management of the community. They really cleaned the community up. They paved all of the driveways and have been so good to me.. I tell everyone how much I love living out here. I feel safe and I would like to thank everybody in the office for being so kind.

I love living at Redbud for many reasons! I have worked with Teddy both times I bought a home in the community and she was very helpfl and answered all of my questions. The rules of the community are fair and make Redbud a place I want to live in. This past year we have gotten new driveways, beautiful new homes were installed, lots of trees have been trimmed, and the look of the community has improved. We have a wonderful community center to use at no cost, the location of the community is conveniently close to shopping areas, and we have a neighborhood crime watch meeting night. I feel lucky to be living here and I have met many nice neighbors.
