Deer Run really cares about you. The communication from management is excellent. My home was spotless when I moved in. The property is in the process working to improve Deer Run. The units are either new or 1-3 years old. They are doing to work to install pipes for drainage of rain to avoid flooding. We will be getting the roads paved. Future plans to add pickle ball court, a second playground plus other other things. They also called me a couple of weeks after moving they called to see how I was doing.
